Know Your Orbs

The first thing you have to do is find out all of the orb locations and what types of orbs are nearby. Piazza features 14 orbs in total. There is a healing orb on both sides of Mid Courtyard. There are also weapon orbs located nearby both huts and nests.

Finally, there are three ultimate orbs surrounding both huts, while the final orb should be located right inside each cubby. Knowing the location and timings of each orb should be your number one priority.

These orbs are powerful in Team Deathmatch because they can help you unlock more powerful weapons and charge up your ultimate. Play around orbs as much as you can, and take away orbs from the enemy team.

Controlling Mid is the Key

Mid is one of the most powerful areas in Piazza. It gives you access to critical areas around the map and can help you deprive enemies of orbs that you and your team can use.

It also helps you get into a great position to start farming kills, especially if you can get upgraded weapons using orbs. Controlling mid is easier when you have weapons like Stingers, Spectres, and rifles.

Finally, having a solid hold on the middle area sets your team up for easy flanking or lurking strategies, which ties into our next tip.

Flank When You Have Control

Make sure to flank whenever you have map control. No matter what you do and how good you are, you aren’t going to live forever. So whenever you die and respawn, try to flank around the map to put yourself in a position to get extra kills.

Most players won’t be expecting flanks in Team Deathmatch. This will give them a false sense of security, especially if you can get excellent positioning.

However, make sure that you aren’t flanking way too close toward their spawn. It’ll be a nightmare to try and hold your ground against multiple people, especially if they end up spawning at the same time.

Snipers Have The Power

The final tip we have for you today is to take advantage of the high ground that the respective nests provide. The main way you can do this is by making use of snipers.

Whenever snipers like the Marshal and the Operator spawn in on the weapon orbs, make sure to take them and head over to the nest. This way, you can help your team from a distance and support them by having a great vantage point over the entire map.

You can also use long-range weapons like the Sheriff, Guardian, or rifles in these positions for easy kills.
