Sniping has always been a part of playing and online shooter and Warzone is no exception. In fact, Warzone 2 has several sniping options to choose from when it comes to picking your preferred primary. However, sniping tends to fall in and out of meta, and currently, it’s not really up to the task of being a competitive option (current players much prefer the RPK + Fennec combination).

A recent twitter poll initiated by @ModernWarzone with over 130,000 votes shows that the large majority of Warzone 2 fans would like to see 1 shot headshot. This is significant as currently, there are only very specific loadouts that can achieve a 1 shot headshot kill in Warzone 2 Season 1. This poll suggests that if fans were to have it their way, there would be a variety of possible configurations for creating 1 shot loadouts for snipers.

Granted, this would be a tricky thing to balance as the current stable of sniper rifles all have vastly different look-down-sights and fire rate, which would be hard to overcome if 1 shot headshot kills were feasible with each sniper rifle — you’d just simply pick the fastest one.
