Valorant Chamber: Key Takeaways

  • Valorant Chamber skills: Trademark, Headhunter, Rendezvous, Tour De Force.
  • Your goal on Attackers as Chamber: Trade the entry fraggers, watch flanks, and apply pressure on retakes.
  • Your goal on Defenders as Chamber: Try to get early picks, hold long angles with an Operator or your ultimate, and slow down pushes.
  • Treat your Headhunter as a sidearm.
  • Use your Rendezvous in creative ways.

Chamber is the most aggressive Sentinel agent in Valorant. He defends the site by taking risky duels, rivaling Jett as the main Operator agent.

Chamber can be a fun and rewarding agent to use. He’s perfect for players with a more aggressive playstyle. Continue reading our Valorant Chamber guide to find out the best tips and tricks for him.

Buy for Your Team

The first tip I have is to simply buy for your team. Chamber has one of the cheapest kits in Valorant. Both his Headhunter and Tour De Force are also great weapon substitutes. This leaves you with plenty of credits to buy your team some weapons, especially when the eco is low.

Create Unique Angles With Rendezvous

Chamber’s Rendezvous was nerfed to the ground in Patch 5.12. However, it’s still very useful to quickly escape tricky situations or reach high locations. You can use it similarly to Raze’s satchels and Omen’s teleport, just to name a few.

Teleporting to high locations creates unique off angles that enemies will rarely expect. Combined with weapons like the Vandal or an Operator, this technique makes for an easy way to get early picks, especially when Defending sites.

Take Aggressive Peeks

A common mistake that most new Valorant Chamber players make is using Chamber like other Sentinels. However, playing back and holding safe spaces won’t work if you’re using Chamber.

Instead, it’s highly recommended to take aggressive peeks using your Rendezvous. It’s typically good on the main entrances of sites, peeking middle areas, or from alternate entrances. Mostly any areas with relatively long sight ranges would be an ideal early peeking location for Chamber.

After getting a kill or if you miss your shot, quickly tp out using Rendezvous and try to hold a different angle.

Use Your Trademark or Rendezvous as Bait

Trademark isn’t as strong at holding sites as it used to be. The limited range and only one charge definitely made it a pain to use and easy to counter. Luckily, it’s still the perfect baiting tool because of its visibility.

You can place your Trademark near entrances or pathways. Most players opt to shoot it once they see it or if they hear it. You can use this small window to get a free shot and, hopefully, a free kill on the enemy team.

The same concept applies to Rendezvous. Most players’ first instinct is to shoot your anchor. So, if you took an early peek and used Rendezvous, you can simply leave the anchor there instead of picking it up. Get to a safe position and wait for the enemies to shoot your anchor. Once they shoot it, peek and get a kill.

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to use Rendezvous for the remainder of a round if an enemy destroys it. However, what fun would a game be without any risks, right?

Best Ways to Effectively Use Chamber When Attacking

  • Try to take duels and trade your Duelists.
  • Leave a Trademark to watch flank.
  • You can lurk, get a kill, and use Rendezvous to escape.
  • Use your Tour De Force to get early kills.

Best Ways to Effectively Use Chamber When Defending

  • Take early, and aggressive peeks at the start of rounds.
  • Use your Rendezvous to reposition and different angles.
  • Create space by flanking the enemy team when no one is attacking your site.
