Looking for a brand new Special Ops experience, built around teamwork and strategy?. Want to earn some awesome rewards such as a brand new operator to use in game? Look no further than the brand new Raids. Completing the first Raid mission will unlock Gaz to use in game. Check out our previous article on what to expect in Raids, and how to access them.

Shipment Coming to Multiplayer
Fan favorite map Shipment is back! No introduction needed for this map, this time the chaos occurs on a freight boat out at sea. If you’re looking to level up guns, complete camo challenges, or just spam lethals until the other team rage quits, we know where to find you!
Shipment will be decked out for the holidays from December 21st to January 4th. Don’t worry though, the elves are staying in Vanguard!
Warzone 2 Updates
Warzone Cup
The World Cup hype had already made its way into Call of Duty with the arrival of the Messi, Pogba, and Neymar bundles. Now players can get in on the action with the brand new Warzone Cup LTM. This game mode brings 3v3 action to the soccer field. Players will be on special ATVs with the objective of getting a giant soccer ball into the enemy’s goal. Throw shock sticks to take out enemy players’ vehicles while being the first to score 5 goals.
New DMZ Location: Building 21
Not much is known about the new mysterious POI in DMZ. Players will need a key to access it, and can expect to find high value contraband on the inside. Players can also find the new Chimera AR here. Extract with this weapon to unlock it!

New Weapon: Chimera
The Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded update brings the final new weapon of Season 1.
The Chimera assault Rifle has a built-in suppressor and fires subsonic rounds. The subsonic rounds hide kill skulls from the enemy. The built in suppressor and powerful rounds make it a strong close quarters option.
Currently there are 3 ways to unlock the Chimera AR:
– Purchase a bundle through the store
– Get 2 Operator kills with an AR in 15 separate matches
– Extract with the weapon in DMZ (found in new POI “Building 21”)
and yes, backing out after you get your 2 AR kills on repeat counts (we tested it!)
Double XP and Double Weapon XP Weekend
To kick off the Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded update, both Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 players will have Double XP and Double Weapon XP active from December 15th through December 19th. This is a great opportunity to finish leveling up those launchers and melee weapons!
