If they do reset the po8 inventory, everyone will be buying everything they can. I haven’t unlocked east of St. Anne yet because I don’t see the point. I prefer to build up, but I will unlock it the day before the season ends just to use up po8 if needed. I like the idea, but it’s strange we have no news inside 30 days. Typically, most games release info 30 days before a new season.

Personally, I think they will reset the manufactories and the leaderboards. I don’t believe they’re going to take away the 8s you’ve collected, though.
