One sound in particular that competitive players love to tune for is footsteps. However, adjusting your sound settings to pick up footsteps may not achieve maximum results as tuning settings doesn’t take into considering the inherent sound profiles of different Legends in Apex Legends (did you even know that they differ by Legend?).
A Redditor recently analyzed the sound profile of every Legend (/u/Pescodar189) to see which Legends had the quietest footsteps:
“So, tl;dr I’d say Ashe is super quiet, Seer is probably quieter than the others, and the rest doesn’t matter too much.”
