Team Liquid’s Strategy Focus

Impact’s mention of Team Liquid’s strategic preparation for a potential laneswap meta at MSI has intrigued fans, leading to discussions on how Western teams may adapt to unforeseen strategies from their Asian counterparts. The anticipation surrounding TL’s performance adds an element of excitement to the upcoming tournament.

I wonder what made Impact talk and think about Flyquest like that with this harsh tone. It almost sounded like well he honestly didn’t care enough since he knew that they were not playing as a team at all and going to shit the bed.

Considering FLY is NA’s 2nd seed anyway, they might have been so bad in scrims?

I think Inspired’s ego has sunk FLY. That team environment seems absolutely horrible lol. Inspired calls himself the captain, but a captain is a leader, not just the loudest voice. Hope this MSI gives him something to reflect on and grow.

Some costream Saïd confidence was key so it’s cool to heard from lcs team, that they are confident. It’s also seems like tl has no expectations to perform even with flyquest collapse, they have strong mental.

Wonder if he heard of some behind the scenes friction at FQ with the way he talked about them.

I really respect Impact for winning worlds with SKT and then flying off to NA to be one of the most consistent top laners the region will likely ever see for the next 10 years. I think he’s had 1, maybe 2 seasons that weren’t great but even during those he wasn’t ever close to being the worst top in NA.

It seems like TL’s coaching staff has decided that this will be a laneswap meta tourney and has practiced a lot for it. I hope that knockouts proves them right. Western teams have in the past have been thrown off balance when Asian teams throw curveball strats. Impact seems to be in good spirits, so I’m really pumped to see what the boys have in store.
