Right now all eyes are on the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, where the best soccer (or “football”) teams in the world are leaving it all on the field to bring home the gold for their country. That got us thinking — if the teams were playing Warzone instead of soccer, which country would come out on top?
What data can we look at?
Lucky for us, we have players from all around the globe that play daily in Z League’s skill-based tournaments, so we were able to dig into our records to see which country’s players perform the best when the pressure is on.
To really highlight which country has the best Warzone players, we looked at every Solo tournament ever played on Z League for this ranking, so there is no getting bailed out by your team — all the pressure is on the player! We also looked at total kills and total deaths during games played during tournaments, so even if it wasn’t one of your best 2 games for the scoreboard, it counts for these rankings!
Lastly, since accuracy is so important in soccer, we wanted to see which country had the best marksmen landing headshots across Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
