Apex Legends Season 15 has arrived in full force with a brand new map and a new Legend Catalyst and we’ve ranked all 23 of those legends here in terms of their overall power, killing potential and team support capability.
Remember, what works best for one player may not be the best for you as we all play Apex Legends in our own ways. At the end of the day, every Legend is a solid legend, including those in D tier to those all the way in S tier. It really depends on how you use them as a player.
We suggest sticking with one legend at a time until you get comfortable with them then go on to explore others.

S TIER
The best of the best legends that give you an advantage no matter what team or competition you’re in. Increase your chances of winning with these legends.
A TIER
Strong support legends to improve your team’s abilities.
B TIER
Effectiveness really depends on the situation but these legends can make a huge difference in winning vs losing. In our opinion, they aren’t the best overall legends due to their niche abilities.
C TIER
Similar to B tier legends, they often get overshadowed by S and A tier legends. Niche abilities and/or sometimes not as useful.

S TIER
Bloodhound
Hands down the best recon legend with some of the best capabilities in the game. From highlighting enemies, countering Bangalore’s smoke, to increased movement speed, he’s an absolute powerhouse. Never underestimate the power of scanning and tracking the enemy. You always want Bloodhound on your team.
Wraith
Getting your team out of dangerous situations is Wraith’s best ability. Pick and choose when to engage in or escape from fights with Wraith.
Valkyrie
Similar to Wraith, Valkyrie can help you escape dangerous situations. She’s also great at hunting down the enemy and slowing them down with Missile Swarm. Can’t forget about Skyward Dive to help your team reposition while gathering intel as you fly high in the sky.
Seer
Looking for another recon legend? Seer is your guy. Exhibit is one of his abilities that allows for one of the best scanning in the game, letting you know where the enemy is at all times. That’s not all, he’s tactical too. He can reveal enemies and interrupt their healing process.
A TIER
Gibraltar
He can protect your team from enemy abilities and take a lot more damage than other legends. Defensive Bombardment is ideal to have on your team in an open battlefield.
Newcastle
Similar to Gibraltar, Newcastle is another great defensive legend. When used both on a team, you’ve got a great combo. He locks down areas with Castle Wall that’s hard to penetrate. His Mobile Shield is also great for defensive efforts while peeking at enemies.
Horizon
Get your team around the map and sink your enemies with her deadly Blackhole. Need a higher ground to gain a new vantage point? Her Gravity Lift can help you achieve that advantage.
Bangalore
Escape dangerous situations or push enemies to escape with Bangalore. Use Rolling Thunder to stay on the offense or switch to defensive mode.
Crypto
Use Drone EMP to add a decent amount of damage to your enemies. It can also be useful to gain intel on your enemies but note that it’s got limited range.
Caustic
One of the best defensive legends is Caustic. Use Nox Gas Trap to lock down buildings for your team and take the time to heal.
B TIER
Revenant
Powerful in most vertical maps as he can escape numerous dangerous positions. The Death Totem can be great at pushing enemies away. Highly niche legend but effective in certain situations.
Wattson
If you’re looking for niche abilities like locking down buildings and countering enemy abilities, she’s an excellent pick.
Mad Maggie
Boost your team’s movement speed and get out of fights with Wrecking Ball. With her improved Riot Drill, you can also push enemies out of cover.
Octane
Great supplementary legend to your team. Use Jump Pad to get your team to unreachable areas. When faced with aggressive enemies, Octane can help you get out of fights quickly.
Vantage
Strong in long range fights. Her ultimate Spotter’s Lens and Sniper’s Mark will help you gain accuracy in sniper duels.
C TIER
Lifeline
Heal your team with her ultimate D.O.C. Heal Drone. Care Package ability can also give some solid loot but be careful as it will expose your location. Not an offensive legend.
Fuse
Use his ultimate Knuckle Clusters to hold an area but note it won’t do much damage to your enemies and it’s easy to escape from.
Loba
Access crucial loot with Black Market Boutique. There’s not much to her ability other than this.
Ash
Great addition to an offensive fight. Her Phase Breach is great at pushing enemies and helping your team escape dangerous situations. It is limited in a way since you can’t travel back through it.
Pathfinder
Not very unique since Wraith can provide similar movement abilities.
Rampart
Rampart’s Amped Cover is nothing special and is easily countered. Mobile Minigun can do a fair amount of damage but reduces your defensive position.
Mirage
Our least favorite legend given how limited his abilities are. His decoy can also be spotted very easily.
